Paris with kids
Paris is one of my all time favourite cities. It is one of those magical places you always leave feeling inspired. Going there with two toddlers did make me very nervous, but my husband and I have always said we want to travel with our children and show them the world. Travelling with kids is definitely possible, it just takes perfect planning, more luggage and loads of patience 😉
I recently bought the Milk Paris Guide and was very excited to try some of their addresses and explore the city as Parisian families would. We started off by booking the family room at Hotel Panache, a boutique hotel perfeclty situated in the Montmartre area on the corner of the bussling rue du Faubourgs and rue Geoffroy Marie. The interior celebrates the Art Nouveau period, but still feels very current and modern. The staff were a dream and we had the most comfortable stay. I tend to try and steer clear of hotels when we travel with kids, because most rooms (especially in Paris) are just way too small, but this room was so spacious and perfect for our family of 4. The pricing is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you travel to Paris with kids, or without for that matter.

No trip to Paris (with kids) is complete without spending a day or 2 at Disneyland Paris. We chose to only spend one day there and I felt for us it was effecient:) Despite the bad weather, the girls still had a wonderful time and were “start struck” when they got to meet their favorite Disney characters. Be warned that the options for food arn’t big and very healthy, but it’s fine if it is only for one day. All in all we had a wonderful day at the “happiest place on earth”.
We spent the next two days visting some of our favorite & Kid Friendly addresses.
Sacré Coeur, Montmartre
