I can't believe 2 months have already passed since our Italian adventures and that Fall is just around the corner...So even more reason for reminiscing. After Positano, we headed east to the region of Puglia. It is known for its beautiful white washed hill side towns and reminded me of Greece. We stayed in Polignano a Mare (meaning Polignano "at sea"), it is situated on a cliff and boasts with breath taking views. I was in love with this little town and all it had to offer. We stayed at Suite 10 Home Design & Spa, an interior designers dream. I originally booked this hotel for it's design, I must admit, but I everything else was perfection too, location, service, breakfast.
We only had 3 days in Polignano, but we made the most of our time. We strolled the white washed, cobble stone streets, we rented bicycles & discovered a beautful little beach away from all the tourists, we swam in the crystal clear water, we ate delicious fresh food and indulged in gelato, way too much gelato! Puglia is a beautiful region and I would definitely recocomend putting Polinano a Mare on your travel bucket list.
Liela was obsessed with this little Fiat:)
